Experience
Over 10 years of clinical practice working with people of all ages from children, adolescents to older adults, in multiple different settings. I have a down to earth, direct approach and enjoy working with patients and assisting them in strengthening the coping skills and tools they have and creating new ones. I also enjoy helping patients to navigate through whatever issues they may be struggling with, in a positive, safe and judge free environment. I also have a passion for integrating mental and physical wellness, and focusing on overall wellness as I have a strong background working in the medical primary care setting as well.
